So we finished the 'festive service' timetable as scheduled, with the weather having warmed sufficiently to thaw all the snow.
The line is now under Engineer's Possession with no public trains until Saturday 12 February.
At Bridgnorth we've got BR 43106 in the shed undergoing repairs, and BR 46443 drained down for the winter.
Also here are GW 7802, 5164 and 4566.
43106 is being repaired following the failure of the left cylinder which contributed to a reduction in service on 26 December from the schedule 3 train to a single train running. An interesting day, that was.
42968, 7802 and 5164 completed the service between 31 December and 3 January.
